In Africa, prostitution is considered a taboo and is illegal in most countries. Nevertheless, it is a common practice, driven by widespread poverty in sub-Saharan African countries. It also plays a huge role in the global HIV/AIDS epidemic.We followed Felishna Wanjiru a 27 year old single mother lives in Riverside slums Nairobi and who is now a reformed prostitute.
